Terrence Malick’s new film to be titled THE BURIAL?
The ever enigmatic director Terrence Malick has been shooting a film in Oklahoma starring Ben Affleck, Rachel McAdams, Javier Bardem, most recent Bond girl Olga Kurylenko, Rachel Weisz, and Barry Pepper.

From his twenty year absence between DAYS OF HEAVEN and THE THIN RED LINE, to his curious editing habits, Terrence Malick has been an enigma to film lovers for decades. With a shroud of mystery surrounding every film he works on, even a possible title for his current project is newsworthy. The French entertainment website Fluctuat lists Malick’s new film as THE BURIAL. The title is hardly set in stone, especially since the website erroneously lists Christian Bale as still attached to the project.
The TREE OF LIFE is slated to be released in May of 2011, so there will be more Malick related news sooner rather than later. Savor the Malick news while you can, you never know when he’ll take another twenty year break.
