The Dwarfs are cast for SNOW WHITE
It seems like not much casting news has really been circulated for BROTHERS GRIMM: SNOW WHITE. Last news we reported on it was back in the very beginning of May, when Nathan Lane and Robert Emms joined the cast, and now, with what sounds like a full cast, we can expect more news and hopefully some images soon. Today we have the full cast for the Dwarfs, but not exactly who is playing who. I say, if you care to venture a guess as to who is who, then let it be known in the comments!
In Relativity’s film, directed by Tarsem Singh, the dwarfs will be played by Mark Povinelli (WATER FOR ELEPHANTS), Jordan Prentice (IN BRUGES, HAROLD & KUMAR GO TO WHITE CASTLE), Danny Woodburn (WATCHMEN), Sebastian Saraceno (BEDTIME STORIES), Ronald Lee Clark (EPIC MOVIE), Martin Klebba (PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN FRANCHISE, HANCOCK), and Joey Gnoffo (THE BENCHWARMERS).
These seven actors are to join the already promising line-up of Julia Roberts, Lily Collins, Armie Hammer, and Nathan Lane, as well as Mare Winningham (BROTHERS) and Michael Lerner (GODZILLA, A SERIOUS MAN), who are also finalizing their own deals.
Interestingly, Singh is set to start shooting his film in June, which is two months before Universal opens their competing Snow White film.
The film is planning a March 16, 2012 release.
