THE WOMAN IN BLACK to get a sequel called ANGELS OF DEATH
Many had wondered what Daniel Radcliffe, who basically the whole world knows as Harry Potter, would do after the POTTER films were done. I mean, the series had made him one of the biggest, most well known stars out there, but he had not done much else. That film ended up being the THE WOMAN IN BLACK, a horror film.
The film released and ended up being quite a success. In fact, it ended up being the highest grossing british horror film in two decades. That's quite an accomplishment. This makes it no surprise that a sequel will now be produced titled THE WOMAN IN BLACK: ANGELS OF DEATH.
For those who saw the original and liked Radcliffe's performance, I hate to break it to you, but the sequel takes place 40 years later with a new couple. That means that his return is pretty unlikely. I'm okay with that though, I'd really like to see him in a wide variety of films, rather than another franchise.
Not much else is known about the sequel. No cast or director has been announced yet, so it might be a while before we have more details.
Are you guys excited to see a sequel to THE WOMAN IN BLACK?
