There is so much mystery shrouding the next BATMAN film by Chris Nolan, and virtually nothing is known about the upcoming film, other than the returning cast.

Michael Caine has been more than happy to yap a bit about the project, although he has been known to be less than credible. Now we may know something for sure, and that would be when and where the film will commence filming.

A source tells Superhero Hype that we can expect filming to begin this April in the wonderful city of New Orleans. Whether or not New Orleans is a location that will be featured in the film, or will simply be used as part of Gotham, we don't know. In the past films, Chicago has been used mostly for Gotham, but that isn't to say that another city can't be used, too.

Now we just need an announcement as to what villain will be featured in the next film, as that is the biggest question about the project. I'm sure we'll hear something soon enough.

Who do you guys want to see as the villain?
