To me, Dax Shepard is just the man who stole Kristen Bell away from me. Apparently, he's also an actor.

I had never heard of BROTHER'S JUSTICE, which premiered at the Austin Film Festival, until seeing the trailer, and I must admit that I am now at least somewhat intrigued. The film is a mockumentary in which Shepard, playing himself, stars as an actor who wants to become a famous martial arts star because comedies don't make enough bank. His only problem is that he doesn't know martial arts. The film has cameos from several actors including Jon Favreau, Bradley Cooper, Ashton Kutcher, and Tom Arnold. Shepard also co-directed the film and released this trailer to try to get distribution for it. Check out the trailer after the break, and let us know what you think.

The film is quite funny. I wonder about the marketability, though. It will have a healthy life on DVD one day for sure.
