Juliette Lewis is an actress often associated with kooky, off-the-wall characters. She stands out, even when she's only playing a small role or has a brief cameo. Her striking face makes her one of a few completely recognizable actresses. Oh, and she's also a pretty rad musician! (Seriously, go check her band out!)

As a 30th birthday present to herself, Lewis spent the past five years away from Hollywood and focused entirely on her music career. She toured the country and put out three pretty awesome albums. But around 2009 the itch to act hit after she read the script for Tony Goldwyn's CONVICTION. She accepted the bit part of Roseanne Perry, a role that quite frankly steals the entire film, and is already receiving Oscar buzz for her performance. Lewis' performance, although brief, is smart, manipulative, and completely deserving of all the attention it is garnering. After the break she discusses taking on such a daunting challenge and her musical aspirations.
