YOU DON’T KNOW JACK trailer
This is a bit unexpected.
YOU DON'T KNOW JACK besides being a lame party game, is a film produced by HBO, and stars Al Pacino. Oh, and it’s a biopic on the life of right-to-die doctor/activist/creepy-ass-dude Jack Kevorikian. The film also stars Susan Sarandon, John Goodman, James Urbaniak and Danny Huston.
However, the most interesting part of this film, besides the subject matter, is that it’s directed by acclaimed director Barry Levinson. Which along with the amazing cast, has me really excited to check this thing out. I’ve always been a big fan of what HBO does with their films, particularly recently. TEMPLE GRANDIN was good, if flawed, but GREY GARDENS was truly a fantastic made for television film.
Well, now we get our first chance to check out what they will be bringing us via a brand new trailer. It looks hyper-stylized, and honestly, Danny Huston’s hairpiece deserves an Emmy. In all seriousness, I really dig what they are doing here, and it should be a rather interesting take on this inherently intriguing tale.
